Wake up w/ a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your 2nd story deck. Just a 5 min walk to beach for an unforgettable day in the sun on the white sand. Unwind, play cornhole, or sip cocktails around a crackling firepit while admiring breathtaking Gulf coast sunsets. When its time for rest you will rest easy in the super comfy King beds in both bedrooms. Tons of parking available w/covered boat/jet-ski spaces and nearby boat ramp perfect for all types of water sports fun.

Pets- The home is dog friendly - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY indoors - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. We do make exceptions for guests under 25 with a security deposit and agreement of our house rules

The home does have a nest camera for the front entrance and parking area. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

A rental agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and needs to be signed.
