Upon confirmation of your stay with us, you will receive an access code unique to your party. The home is smart locked, so no need to worry about sharing or losing keys! You will have 100% private access to the entire condo during your stay. But if for any reason you need us, we are only a call or a message away!

• Be mindful of our neighbors during your visit. Our property’s quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We value our community and it is important for us to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.
• No smoking - In case of any evidence of smoking in the house, a fee of $500 will be charged.
• No parties or events allowed - In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages.
• No pets
• Early check in/late check out: if possible, we would be happy to accommodate you. Let us know :)
