Stay was nice. Game rooms and screened in porch were awesome hang outs. Floors made feet black. 🤷‍♀

Renting was very confusing but only my second time using the app. The house was nice but the cancellation policy for VRBO (as a company not this host) needs serious serious work for sure!!!

Family new years get away

The property was very comfortable for a family of 6 and their teenage friends. My advice to the owners would be to hire a more meticulous cleaning crew and maintenance. Great house for family get away and game weekends. We Will stay again, but I will be bringing my own vacuum and mop!!😀

Why they chose this property

This beautiful home offers guests three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have four queen beds and one sofa bed for those who have larger groups. There is a very large Florida room off the back of the home where guests can kick back and relax on the sprawling outdoor sectional! We have a grill out back as well as some fun lawn games! Guests will LOVE our team spirit with the Gator themed entertainment room! Our kitchen is beautiful and comes stocked with all the basics to whip up a good meal for the family.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage. We ask that guests use the driveway for parking.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (of course!) Guests will love this conveniently located home as the options for fun, dining, and entertainment are just steps away!

Gainesville is easily explored with a car, however there are plenty of ride sharing options around town if you just need a quick ride. Gainesville also has a public bus system as well as scooters on the street corners that are open for anyone to ride. Simply download the appropriate app, upload your card info, and zip around town! They are fun, but do go fast so use caution.
