This stylish studio apartment in Downtown Dubai is warm and cosy resulting in a lovely homely feel which will leave you relaxed after your busy day out sightseeing. The space feels much larger than a normal studio and flows out to a balcony with beautiful community views. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make your meals at home, that is if you can resist all the temptation on the nearby Boulevard with many restaurants and cafes. Enjoy your meals at the dining table comftably seating two. The plush sofa is very inviting and is the perfect place to relax upon in front of your big screen TV at the end of a busy day. The bed is extremely inviting and is fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you may find yourself sleeping in in the mornings! In the bathroom you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling fresh all day!
The building also features a swimming pool and one private on site car park.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
