Pacific Beach is a coastal community in San Diego. It has a very vibrant local community and it’s very family friendly.
Pacific Beach is bounded by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south, Interstate 5 to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. While formerly largely populated by young people, surfers, and college students, because of rising property and rental costs the population is gradually becoming older and more affluent. "P.B.," as it is known as by local residents, is home to one of San Diego's more developed nightlife scenes, with a great variety of bars, eateries, and clothing stores located along Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard.
Getting Around:
The apartment is perfectly located to walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and everything PB has to offer. No car needed if to stick around PB.

The apartment is ideally located just 5 blocks away from Pacific Beach and Ocean Boulevard, and an equal distance from Mission Bay, offering guests easy access to both beaches. There are plenty of bike rental places and trails nearby, making it a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. The two bathrooms have been recently renovated, and the master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. For additional guests, an 8-inch air mattress is available to be placed in the living room. Please note that after two adults, there will be a $20 charge per night per adult, with a maximum of 6 adults staying at the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and a fine of $150 will be applied for cleaning purposes if this rule is violated. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am, and a Ring camera is installed on the front door for security purposes. The apartment also comes with two private parking spots in the alley, numbered 5 and 6, with no stairs to climb. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets all within walking distance.
