This intimate beach home is set in the tranquil setting of 30-A, with pine trees providing a natural privacy screen so you can relax on the front porch. Conveniences like central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer will keep your trip stress-free, while the homey layout of the interior provides plenty of space for everyone to kick back. Guests who have work to complete can do so at the desk workspace. An electric car charger is available for guest convenience. Everything you need is in this little cottage by the sea.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Friend trip!

The home was clean, comfortable and very great for a trip with friends! It had a great layout and the bikes were perfect for a place so close to the beach

Beach house away from beach crowds

We loved the cozy, open feel of the house. The bikes were a nice way to get to close places. The location was quiet compared to the beach. We do wish the golf cart that was supposed to come with the cottage was there. We are still working out this issue with Vacasa after much back and forth.

We absolutely adored this cottage right up the road from our favorite beach spot. It was the perfect set up for a small family. Having the golf cart and bikes are such a wonderful addition making up for the short travel to the beach. The outdoor shower was a great addition to be able to rinse off all the sand before entering into the cottage.
