Cozy 2 story house with a 2 car attached garage, open floor plan down stairs with 1 bedroom down stairs with bathroom, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with complimentary keurig and options of flavors. Up stairs laundry with 2 bedrooms and a master suite. Big shower and Soaker tub. Many food options close by , super markets as well. Close to the mall for shopping with many shops to choose from. Great steak house in the fountains Ruth Chris, sushi houses too. If your willing to drive 8-10 minutes to Q12-27 for a southern home cooked meal that melts in your mouth just like mom makes then this is the place for you. Reservations need to be made as they book out a bit. Worth the wait, same on Ruth Chris too.

Brand new community and may have pest around due to environment(we all know this is common in new areas) House was built in 2022, House is well maintained and sprayed regularly and cleaned and sanitized before guest check in, All air filters are changed after every stay. Carpets are cleaned deodorized and sanitized after every pet stay, All bedding and linens are taken care of by myself and my husband. If you wish to have me strip the beds and just leave the casings on just request this. That way i can properly ceil my beddings and ill remove from property ( IF you decide to bring your own), Please make any requests directly to me, Ill do my best to make it happen. I keep all my properties free from clutter to eliminate dust.

Great House in an AWESOM location

We stayed in this beautiful new home for 3 months while working and visiting family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, well stocked, clean and photos are exact. The owners Tiffany and Brady were professional and helpful in everyway. The property is in a great location near shopping, dining, entertainment and more! We will be back again next year.
