Relax in this well-furnished lakefront retreat in the desert. Enjoy the lakefront and pool sunsets, outdoor grill and dining for a true outdoor living experience! Comfortable and spacious interior to accommodate large family or group gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen with all your in-home luxuries including Nespresso coffee or grind your own beans for your perfect coffee brew. Located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from spring training, Cardinal stadium, golfing & major Phoenix metro attractions.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. Access code for keyless entry will be provided 24-hours prior to arrival.

PET POLICY
While we understand fur babies are part of your family; in an effort for all guests to enjoy their stay, we are limiting dogs to 35 lbs or less, potty trained and non-shedding types. Service dogs are exempt. Please note emotional support pets will not qualify for exemption .

Owners are to clean after their dog's potty break. This a lakefront property and not fully fenced in. No dog swimming allowed in the lake and/or pool.

POOL HEATING POLICY
There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool. This fee can be paid at time of booking or after the reservation is made.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed on this property. Guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from smoking and/or vaping.

Great stay!

The house was exactly as listed with everything we needed (and then some!). The extra details like swim towels, games, lap blankets and more were appreciated. Nadia is very kind and responsive to work with, even when we struggled to enter the property in the middle of the night on arrival from my error. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and much needed family time in the sunshine. We would not hesitate to return and hope to be back!

A Lot to Love- Cool Home

I booked this Lakefront home with Pool for my family to stay at while in Arizona for my daughters graduation. We enjoyed our stay so much that my family wants to book it again this summer! The Home is large, spacious and well appointed. I loved that the Largest Bedroom was on the bottom floor overlooking the pool and lake. The Kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, cloth, or server a person could need. There was a coffee maker with coffee and sugar (sugar substitutes too). Furnishings were well placed and a large group was able to flow through the home easily without feeling crowded. The pool was perfect. We didn't need to heat the water, but, a pool heater was available if needed. The loft was perfect for our younger family members with a cute Tee Pee and every possible game imaginable or they could watch Netflix. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and a clean, fully stocked bathroom. We had a Great stay! Great Location as well close to everything...We recommend the house and give kudos to the owner for caring enough to be available and keep her property in tip top condition. Pictures represent true condition but the home is even prettier in person! The owner, Nadia, was also very easy to communicate with. I reached out to her before booking to make sure it was OK to have a social gathering.

This home is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are gorgeous and overall the home is great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was questionable.

Perfect getaway

Great spot and great location. Central to everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Property manager was wonderful and had great communication. Didn’t have one problem. I would definitely stay here again.
