Perfect vacation spot!

We had an amazing time. Great location. Nice size house for a family of 4. Fished from the dock and from the two kayaks provided. Snorkeling right from the dock and saw friendly French Angelfish, schools of parrot fish, and even a small Morey eel just name a few. Manatee came into the cove while we were swimming and swam around with us! Convenient location to fishing charters and other activities. Good restaurants near by. Quiet area as far as road noise. Great communication from owners and property manager. Just a wonderful spot and fun place to stay.

Location & kayaks a plus

Fantastic old Florida location with a protected lagoon with dock, tiki hut, hammock, 2 kayaks and boat ramp. You can kayak open green blue waters or mangrove canals to the south and north. But best were the reefs right out back. Everyday we watched the parrot fish, angelfish, baby baracuda and at night feeding the crabs was a highlight along with the shrimp, tarpon and we may have heard dolphins. Well equipped and modern interior 3 bedroom house on a whole lot to yourself. Great kitchen and large dining table, nice outdoor porch with lots of lawn furniture. Could have used a 2nd livingroom couch, but we were outside until nighttime. The way Florida

Fishing Paradise

We absolutely loved this property because my husband could fish off the dock in the backyard. He caught mangrove snapper and sand perch which we had for dinner! Perfect!

Wonderful Stay!

Tiki Hut on the water and boat dock for our boat were perfect. Amazing sunsets from this spacious, well-appointed and private property. Conveniently located near everything you need for a great vacation! Will be back!

Great Keys Conch House with gorgeous sunset views.

The owner, Fred and property manager, Carl, were fantastic to deal with. They Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The house was well maintained and provisioned. We loved the location and enjoyed sitting under the chickee hut in the evenings.

Amazing location

Property was well kept. Very private and amazing sunset right on the water. Property manager checked in to make sure things were as expected. Definitely would consider returning.
