This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo fits up to 6 people. it's perfect getaway for a golf weekend, family vacation, or snowbird winter rental as it offers all of the comforts of home .
It is modernly decorated and is located on the 2nd floor in the Magnolia Pointe with an elevator . The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 65" smart TV and access to a great screened and windproof patio area. The patio area has a patio couch and chairs to enjoy one's morning coffee.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress to feel like home and a full bathroom with a remodeled modern screen shower door.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together to make one king bed if needed and a full bathroom that also has access from the living room to share.
The living room, has a couch and 2 comfy chairs, is a great place to play a board games, Xbox, or just watch a movie with the whole family after a long, busy day.
The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, WIFI, board games, an Xbox, and playpen.
Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Pointe also features a BBQ grill areas for guests to use. Personal grills are not allowed at the complex.
All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes free parking.

Perfect!

Property was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Communication with the owner was quick and easy at all times. Nothing to complain about with this property, would definitely book again. 😊
