Two major Aiken thoroughfares run in close proximity to the property, yet the neighborhood is secluded and very quiet.

This neighborhood was established in 2006. Trees are mature and well maintained. This home sits in an HOA-covered subdivision. Trash is collected weekly. Walking and bicycle riding are favorite pastimes in this quiet and secluded neighborhood.

This townhouse is in excellent condition, and offers efficient features. The property is very well located with respect to all that Aiken has to offer, especially access to horse activities and local retail businesses, as well as schools and churches. The neighborhood is quiet, and commercial traffic is not a nuisance.

What makes this property unique

Guests have dedicated parking for two vehicles. This is a one-story home with no stairs. The fenced back yard allows for privacy, as well as fence gate access. An electric fireplace adds a unique and comfortable aspect to the living room area.
