++++ATTENTION+++ Right now Guanacaste area is experiencing a big drought and lots of wild fires in the surrounding areas of town. Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks

Perfect little villa!

We loved this property. It was clean, good AC, and quaint but had everything we needed. Good walking distance from town.

Wonderful stay

The cottage was great, very comfortable living arrangements. Very nice to have the outdoor space with hammock and only steps from the small pool. Nice quiet area other than on some nights loud music from other places. Just a short walk to town and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Tranquilo y bonito

Estuvimos para fin de año 2022, estuvo tranquilo, agradable. Piscina no tan limpia como en otras ocasiones, no hay servicio de limpieza, ni lo básico para hacer algo uno mismo. Lugar seguro, buen mantenimiento. Siempre la pasamos bien en Tamarindo.
