Guests enter from a covered porch with inviting Adirondack chairs. Inside, a living area outfitted with a wet bar has an oversized sectional, 2 armchairs, and a TV. Two comfortable guest bedrooms and a large laundry room with 2 full-sized washers and dryers are located on this floor. There is an in-home elevator for maximum convenience.
