Relax in the 8 person hot tub while taking in spectacular Mountain views. This newly renovated chic contemporary farmhouse is ready for your enjoyment. Our property features private swim pond, expansive deck, breathtaking views, private hiking trail, basement playroom with pool and foosball tables, custom bar. 7 King bedrooms with 2 queen pull out sofas can comfortably sleep 16 people. We are located 4 miles from Mt. Snow; 19 miles from Stratton.

Other Things to Note:
Additional house rules-
No unregistered guests allowed on our property unless previously agreed to in writing *16 guests MAX- You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required before arrival. Owners require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the home. *Please do not move furniture, remove artwork from the walls, or otherwise change the property while staying. Additionally, we understand certain groups may be celebrating birthdays or other occasions-- please be respectful with the decorations you use. Perfect house for our Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time staying at this modern rustic farmhouse. Our entire family of 12 adults and 2 babies fit perfectly in this house with 8 bedrooms. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. The property is beautiful and it has a great pond and well maintained walking trail. We loved sitting in the hot tub. Michael was an exceptional host and was very responsive to all of our needs and requests ahead of time. One of our family members uses a wheelchair and Michael had ramps and handrails installed on the first floor and in the bathroom to make it handicapped accessible. Thank you.

Summer getaway

Lovely summer getaway. The amenities and attentiveness of the host were exceptional. The spring fed pond was clean and offered hours of fishing opportunities. Bring your own baking supplies for inspired baking using the Thermidor stove. Every room was comfortable and there was even a handicap accessible bathroom. We particularly enjoyed Lake Harriman recreation area. We rented a pontoon and jet skis. Michael and Yuliya know how to run a property!

Fantastic Getaway Weekend

This house was spectacular. We stayed with a group of 15 and everyone was amazed. So many compliments and lots of space. Great location, very well maintained, and an absolutely beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Bocce & Golf weekend

Played golf at Haystack and had a great time. We wanted a back yard to come back to post-round to play bocce and this was perfect for it. Very accommodating for a larger group.
