Great Location!

We weren’t expecting a heavy snow which made finding our spot a bit tricky but once we got there and settled in, the snow was beautiful! Very clean and accommodating.

Clean and serene

I stayed at this property with my spouse, 2 elementary age kids and parents (65+). Plenty of space, very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Wi-Fi was great for kids devices and a few hours of remote work on a laptop. Greatly enjoyed the fire pit every night (bring your own wood). Didn’t plan to use the hot tub, but on a day it was drizzling, it was a nice alternative to sitting in the house. Property was great as it sat on a flat lot. Saw tons of deer every day and enjoyed the beautiful view out the back. Property is on the edge of the resort, so beach was less than 5 min drive, but pool was a 15 min drive. Both are enjoyable for the whole family and that’s how we spent our days. 2 things we wish were different: umbrella on the back deck as the summer sun hits, and that the lake was swimmable. I was a bit mislead about being able to swim in the lake. Maybe you can grab a boat and paddle out to swim in the middle, but from the shore, no way! Super mucky and the “seaweed” will stop you in your tracks 2 feet in. If you find a black water shoe, it’s mine as I was trying to escape the lake! This is our 3rd summer visit to Innsbrook and 3rd property. Its a great property and would recommend but still trying to find one that allows for pleasant swimming in the lake for the kids.

Beautiful & Plenty of Space

The home was beautiful, large enough for our party of 7, and clean. Google Maps took us 3 houses away but the front office was great and helped guide us there. We caught several fish, watched a lot of deer, and enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit. It’s very peaceful. It’s hard to know exactly what will be stocked in a VRBO- this house had most of what we needed, including towels for the hot tub. We found ourselves wishing we had containers with lids for leftovers, more paper towels, and more trash bags. There is no outside trash receptacle either so each evening, we had to make a run to the dumpster. We had a kayak delivered and that was a very simple process and worth it. We used the grill every day; it worked well, but is starting to show some wear. We weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t a huge issue, but we struggled getting enough WiFi signal upstairs to use the loft tv. We had a great time and would recommend this home!
