- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect setup for having kids and multiple adults. It was an easy walk to the pool and beach. Kids loved riding their bikes around the community. There were a lot different of beach toys and floats for us to use which was nice. The gas grill ran out of propane after one use so that was disappointing but we made due.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect beach bungalow getaway for our families. It was a welcome surprise to see the owners have a beach wagon, sand toys and floaties for their guests! They also have a cornholw setup! Easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants. Management was super friendly and responsive. Cleaners were amazing as well. Only thing that could be improved is check in time. It’s at 5pm whereas our friends were able to have much earlier check in time with different rental property.
