Do you have a boat? Need a dock for you vacation ? Have your dream vacation in our lovely, waterfront, pool home in Cape Coral. Close to the yacht club & WALKING distance to most restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway - close to everything! Rent a boat, kayaks, or any water toys & park them at our boat dock! Enjoy sunsets at the pool and the thoughtfully appointed interior! The driveway is big enough for two cars. Relax and enjoy with the whole family. Washer and dryer available

Designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, this home is light and airy, with 4 spacious bedrooms - two with queen beds (brand-new "purple" mattresses ) one with twins and one California King in master. Recently upgraded and perfect for a large family with children. Or even two families. We have two TVs in living room and Master. No cable but they are smart TVs so just sign in to your Netflix or other streaming devices during your stay. On the corner of El Dorado and Sarasota so you will be at the end of the though streets and have a quiet stay. An eat-in kitchen and spacious laundry area in garage to make day-to-day an ease. A large corner lot gives you plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the pool, that can be heated for $25 extra a day, and the boat dock! Bring your boat or rent one for your stay they are available at cape coral harbor

Amazing, Family Friendly Home!

We loved our time at Vikki's place. Clean, beautiful, accommodating for our family of 5 (including a baby!). Lovely home, plenty of space to play. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the space. Vikki was remarkably helpful, prompt and kind. We will 100% rent again!
