Spacious Family Home with fully equipped kitchen at the end of a cul-de-sac with large deck and sunk-in hot tub overlooking the entire 10-mile range all the way from Peak One to Quandary Peak. Short drive to town and resort, or easy access to Boreas Loop free bus route. All the popular mountain bike trails are right in our backyard.

After a busy day, recover in the hot tub, relax by the wood burning fireplace or enjoy a movie in the home theater. Fairly steep road to property is plowed in the winter but snow covered, so make sure to rent a 4-wheel drive car before you come up here.

My wife Inge and I have owned this home since 2015. We love skiing and hiking in the mountains, but also have a home in Boulder. We also like to travel, so when we are not around, we make our home available to families who want to spend a few days in the mountains for winter sports or hiking and biking in the summertime, or simple to gather with family and friends..
