Walking into the warmth of the of the wood burning fireplace after having an adventure outside is the best feeling ever. With room to comfortable fit up to 8 people. It is perfect for a family getaway, couples weekend away or just somewhere to escape the fast pace of the city. steps away from the lake. It is the perfect spot for fishing all year round. crown land is minute away for those who enjoy snowmobiling and quading etc. Outside fire pit perfect for roast marshmallows and making memories. The weather can be unpredictable, but not to worry a large deck with a overhead covering is there to save the day. Plenty of parking steps away from both entrances.

Great vibe from the cabin , I can see alot of good times had there over the years , I'm familiar with the area so knew what to expect, hopefully revisit with a couple more people in the future , left a bottle of bailys and champaigne in the fridge , enjoy hahaha

Four days with friends

A beautiful place. The house is so nice and very well stocked. We spent lots of time on the covered deck, enjoying the quiet, broken by the call of the loons. The address was confusing as nowhere on the vrbo website does it say the house in actually at Higgins lake not Dekka lake that the ad implys. Didnt matter, we had a great time and would reccommend the property

Exceeded our expectations !

We walked into a home away from home in the most peaceful environment we could have ever imagined ! We fished , we laughed , we roasted marshmallows, we went to some waterfalls. I caught my first kokannee on deka lake ! Thanks again for an amazing vacation! We look forward to staying here again !
