The living room features a large dark grey sofa set, a coffee table, a wooden retro TV unit with a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, like Netflix, and beautiful art work and decorations. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large panoramic glass doors, giving access to a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, and a beautiful sofa set, overlooking beautiful city landscapes and parks.
Next to the living room is a chic round dining table with 4 chairs, shadowed by two high chairs in front of the open kitchen counter.
The kitchen at the apartment is U-shaped, modernized and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, oven, toaster, espresso machine, and gas stove.

Al Kifaf is relatively a small community with plenty of upcoming residential options, recreational facilities and communal amenities. It is small lively triangular-shaped neighborhood sharing borders with Al Mankhool and Al Jafiliya. Bounded by Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street (D88), Sheikh Rashid Road (D75) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11).
There are many restaurants near Al Kifaf offering Chinese, Indian, Pakistani and Arabian cuisine.
Al Kifaf is home to the iconic landmark of the city – the Dubai Frame. It is the largest picture frame in the world designed by Fernando Donis. The majestic frame is constructed using steel, laminated glass and reinforced concrete. The magnificent frame offers much more than a scenic view; visitors can experience the past, present and future from the ground to the sky in the Dubai Frame.
