PARKING: The HOA has implemented very strict on-street parking rules.
Guests staying for 2 nights only are able to park in the garage if their car fits, or in the designated parking areas. See below for designated parking area rules.

Guests staying more than 2 nights are REQUIRED to park in the single stall garage attached to the home. Only one car allowed for reservations longer than 2 nights. The garage dimensions are 92 inches wide (garage door opening) and 212 inches long. Large vehicles such as suburbans or trucks will NOT fit.

Designated Parking area is strictly for visitors. Visitors are allowed to park in the visitor parking for up to 36 hours. If a guest chooses to park in the designated visitor parking longer than 36 hours, Stefano's Management, LLC is not liable for any fines or fees incurred. Stefano's Management, LLC is also not liable if the guest's vehicle is towed.
If a guest parks in a non designated parking area, their car will be towed at the owner's expense. Stefano's Management, LLC is not liable for any towing.
The bungalow has no shared walls, however the entry way is through a shared courtyard. If you arrive late in the evening, parking may be a little more challenging to find if you have to park on the street in visitor parking. You may need to park elsewhere in the neighborhood and walk over to the home.


CHARGES AFTER BOOKING:

PETS: Pets welcome with prior approval, signed pet waiver and PAID non refundable pet deposit. ($100 pet deposit per stay up to 3 dogs this does NOT mean $33.33 each pet, it is a FLAT fee as this is what the cleaners charge to clean after pets) Cats are an additional fee and you MUST obtain approval from Tim and Tara ahead of time. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if left alone in the home. Guests provide own kennel.

4 PERSON OCCUPANCY NOTIFICATION:
RATES: Nightly rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. Guests over a count of 4 will be charged a fee of $10 per person per night. Thus if you had 6 guests total for your reservation, you would be charged an additional $20 per night. This fee is charged at the time of booking and you will see it displayed appropriately. (Therefore you will not be charged this fee after booking unless you add additional guests to your reservation).

SOFA SLEEPER BEDDING: Party sizes of 4 or less guests will not have access to the blankets and linens provided for the sofa sleepers. If your guest count is over 4 but under 6, we will provide you with access to the linens and blankets for one sofa sleeper. If your guest count is over 6 we will provide you access to linens and blankets for both sofa sleepers. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and linens to use on the sofa sleepers if your party size is smaller but you wish to use the sofa sleepers.

POOL:
The Pool is a private community pool that you have access to. We can not guarantee its condition or that it will remain open during your reservation.

CHECKING IN:
Our check in instructions are provided 1 week before you check in via DocuSign. We will also call you to go over the check in process with you prior to your arrival.

Additional paperwork is required to be signed at booking: Rental Contract and Check-In instructions via DocuSign.

Wonderful Stay
We came to Goodyear for Spring Training baseball week. The location was close to several of the parks that we wanted to go to. No parking in the driveway and the garage was too small for our vehicle, but we were able to park within a block or 2 upon returning each time. We had no issues with anything and communication with Tim and Tara was always quick in responding. Instructions were very clear on check-in / check-out process. Would recommend this stay for anyone.

We are a blended family with 4 amazing kiddos that keep us on our toes. In our spare time we enjoy managing the few rentals we have, traveling and of course spending time with loved ones.

We only live in this home part time, and thus want to open it up for guests to utilize rather than letting it sit empty.

What makes this property unique

Because we live here part time, we have everything you could possibly need and more!

We are in a community close to restaurants, Litchfield Park, The Wigwam, Pebble Creek, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Goodyear Ballpark, State Farm Stadium and much much more. Our community has a communal pool and hot tub which our guests will have access to, as well as a basketball court and one of the coolest parks with play structures around. Harkins movie theater is a 10 minute walk so enjoy a show in the largest theater in Arizona!
