The property was exactly as advertised, it was cute and located in a great area to get everywhere we needed to go.

Mini Vacation

It was clean, nice place for a mini vacation. No grass for the dog but we managed. You can hear when someone is talking next door and when cooking the smoke alarm went off twice. But all things aside clean comfortable and stocked with cooking utensils an towels. Games to keep you occupied which was a nice break from the Tv. Would totally rent again.

Very Nice!

Cute, clean, little place in a quiet neighborhood. Worked out great for our quick visit to Cal Poly Humboldt. The only thing it needs is a coffee maker, otherwise perfect!

Very Clean, Good for Overnight

The one bedroom unit was extremely clean, almost like no one had ever stayed there, or not often used. I had to text the owner for check-in information. The owner did not forward the location or check-in instructions until 7:00 pm local time, hours after I should have had access. This was really inconvenient and made for a delayed start the next morning, becasue we were so tired after the long delay, not knowing where we going or if we were going to get access that night. Also - the table and 2 chairs were only slightly bigger than a children's set, not comfortable enough to actually eat a meal at. If used strictly for an overnight stay, it is perfect. My son used the pull out couch, which he said was not bad, but he was exhausted.
