Location Location Location

The perfect location. A walk or a short bike ride to anything Dunedin related including water. The property is in excellent condition. I was able to relax, refresh and enjoy the peacefulness. Charlotte was very responsive and respectful of my time. I truly appreciated the stay.

Stylish, spotlessly clean and close to everything!

This studio is part of a beautiful and tropical landscaped triplex. It was furnished trendy and modern with everything I needed. It's right across the street from the 75-mile paved Pinellas Bike or walking trail. It was so wonderful to wake up and walk my pup straight to town for coffee and scones! The waterfront is 2 blocks away. There is a great neighborhood park where locals gather for a glass of wine and AMAZING sunsets. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and Charlotte, the owner, is easy and accommodating to work with. Can't wait to come again!

My husband and I bought this tri-plex to stay in part-time because we just love the location! This is our only rental property so we treat every resident like our own family making sure we are able to help you create great memories full of beautiful sunsets and beach days in the soft white sand of Clearwater Beach. Be warned, Dunedin is enchanting - with a hip vibe in a small Bayfront town just outside all the excitement and entertainment of Tampa. Warning: you might just fall in love with it the way we did.

Location to waterfront for nightly sunsets. Hop on the 36mile long Pinellas Trail, a paved Bike Path. Walk to Dunedin cafes, tiki bars, shops and Main Street. 18-min drive to Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, 25 to beautiful downtown Tampa Bay. 12-minutes to Clearwater Beach, seafood, watercraft rentals and more.
