About this property

Newly completed apartment complex less than a mile from Downtown Sayulita!

Surround yourself with greenery and tranquility. A comfortable spot for relaxing, working or enjoying all that the area has to offer. TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and a personal balcony under a magnificente Parota tree.

There's also a large garden area with a pool, lounging chairs, an outdoor cooking and dining area and bathrooms.

This is part of a 6 unit apartment complex.
The space
The loft is spacious and is ideal for couples or small families and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

We have a recreation area with a pool, lounge chairs and a terrace with kitchen, table and chairs for our guests to enjoy.
Guest access
Registered guests will be able to use all common areas within the complex.

We have a heated pool, lounge chairs, gas and charcoal grill to enjoy a good afternoon with family or friends, a very large garden where you can play or practice yoga or meditation in the morning.

Access to the complex is by code, which is shared once the reservation is confirmed.

I went to the unit to check in on my vacation. The listing was not accurate. It's not a secure, quiet place. I left and did not even stay one night. As a matter of fact, I was there for about 5 minutes and still got charged for one night.
