Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This brand new gated rental sits right beside beautiful Steel Lake.
This is a WALK OUT BASEMENT rental, with a full kitchenette, bathroom, washer and dryer, fridge a private bedroom, and a separate entrance from the main house.
5 minutes to I-5. Korean, Vietnamese, and Mexican restaurants are close to the property and a few minutes to H Mart. 10 mins away from the Wild Waves theme and water park. 5 minutes to The Commons mall at Federal Way.

The space:
This is a walkout basement, separate entrance from the main house. 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer, dryer included, fully furnished and professionally cleaned. There is a queen bed that sleeps 2 and a pull-out ottoman/sleeper for an extra guest. The house sits right by Steel Lake. Very serene, so great for remote work. TV and Internet and provided at 100 Mbps.

Guest access:
The rental space is a walkout basement with a separate entrance from the main house. Guests will have access to parking (2 cars), the lawn and the porch.
