This beautiful, spacious and quiet duplex with high ceilings in every room. The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attached, spacious, naturally lite enclosed sunroom in the back part of the duplex that leads to a comfy, private, gated back yard. The entire property sits on an acre of land with the nearest neighbor being about 3 acres away. Close to hunting, Medina River, Lost Maples Natural Area, Garner Park, Seaworld, Six Flags Fiesta TX, San Antonio, Lackland AFB, 1.5 hours from Austin, TX, 45 minutes from historic Gruene and New Braunfels, TX. Lots of out doors recreational activities to do.

Comfy

This was my 2nd time staying at this nice duplex. The owner had some really nice Xmas decorations up and my 2 granddaughters loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again if I get back to Castroville in the future.
