BETRUG - Objekt existiert nicht

Buchungsnummer HA-S13NH0 Guten Tag, ich schrieb Ihnen bereits mehrere eMails, sowie dem Kundenservice über facebook. Es ist unglaublich, dass ich es Ihrerseits bisher keine schriftliche Rückmeldung gibt. Ich habe NICHT in der gebuchten und bezahlten Unterkunft übernachtet. Meine Buchung in Candolim 27.1.-31.1.2022 wurde seitens FeWodirekt mit der Buchungsnummer HA-S13NH0 bestätigt. Es wurde vom Vermieter nur die Telefonnummer preis gegeben, nicht die Adresse. Nach telefonscher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter, hat dieser die Reservierung nicht erhalten und kein Kontingent verfügbar. Der unter der angegebenen Rufnummer kontaktierte Eigentümer ließ wissen, dass er weder Fewo-Direkt kennt, noch sein Objekt dort ausgeschrieben und buchbar ist. Die ausgeschriebene gebuchte Unterkunft ist Betrug auf Ihrer Buchungsseite und existiert nicht. Ich bat per eMail mehrmals diesbezüglich dringend um einen Vorschlag Ihrerseits einer möglichen Alternativunterkunft, da auch unsere Flüge entsprechend des bestätigten Apartments gebucht waren und wir so kurzfristig keine andere Unterkunft finden konnten. Ich fordere Sie erneut auf den abgebuchten Betrag über € 202,09 umgehend auf mein Konto zurück zu überweisen, zuzüglich Schadensersatz ohne Unterkunft da zu stehen. Bis heute keine Antwort von Ihnen auf 10 eMails!!! Frauke George
