Quality and location combine to make this property an enticing option for your Chatham family vacation. Hard to beat the location – just a ten minute stroll to Oyster Pond Beach and about the same to the shops, restaurants and everything else people love about Main Street, Chatham.

And the family is sure to love the brand new second floor! The owners have completed a beautiful renovation. You have sleeping for up to four with a king size bed plus a pair of twins. There's a beautiful new, full bath here as well as a large lounge area with another TV, a workspace to catch up on emails, and a couch and bean bags – a great place for kids to hang out in a space of their own.

Downstairs you'll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen with its adjoining walk-in pantry where the Keurig and drip coffee makers live. Please note, this home does not currently have a dishwasher. There's also a separate formal dining room right off the kitchen as well as a half bath. The spacious living room has plenty of comfy lounge seating and a large wall mounted cable/smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a king size bed, the other with extra long twins.

The house has a large private yard with a fire pit, small deck, gas grill and an outdoor shower, plus a house-wide, covered porch across the front.

The home has central air conditioning, cable/smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.

Cape with Cousins

My family met my sister for a long weekend here. Our young kids felt at home immediately running around the gorgeous landscaped yard. This location was perfect to get into town and out to the bike trail. Inside felt like a cozy modern beach cottage. We all really enjoyed it, highly recommended.

Great location!

My family and I had a great stay. The property managers are extremely quick to respond to questions and address issues immediately. The location is excellent to walk into town, to play tennis/pickle and an easy ride to the bike path. It’s also easy to walk to Oyster Pond!

Family Visit

Had a couple of snags in the beginning…key pad wasn’t working and the upstairs windows had no blinds. However the property manager was easy to get ahold of and handled the issues promptly!
