There is also a twin size air mattress (easy, automatic plug in to fill) kept for additional sleeping capacity.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of home with new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous dark espresso cabinetry, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats six. The living room is very relaxing and comfortable with plush sofa and recliner as well as a beautiful new Panasonic 47' LED High Definition TV (deluxe digital cable package, all channels!), Surround Sound Home Theater System, DVD/CD Player, and even High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available! Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a five minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a few minutes' drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!
