You’ll also be within walking distance of the grocery store, numerous eateries, and the Girdwood Brewery if you’re looking for a night out.

Perfect for families, friends, and larger groups, this convenient retreat comprises three separate vacation rentals within one home. Each one is fully furnished and has separate kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom spaces. They also each feature their own exterior entrance for the ultimate balance of privacy and space for large groups. Recent updates throughout each space include all-new bedding and fresh, modern decor. Two two-bedroom suites each feature a full kitchen while the lower-level studio includes a handy kitchenette for in-home convenience. Complimentary WiFi adds modern convenience and there's a washer/dryer located downstairs.

A large yard offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors with friends and family on summertime stays.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dogs allowed in upstairs unit.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
