Our 3 bedroom home is perfect for up to 6 guests and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen includes a broad selection of appliances. Private backyard space is perfect for relaxing by the HEATED pool, soaking in the hot tub or playing yard games in the grass area with your favorite company. Surrounded by award winning restaurants, parks, biking, walking and hiking paths and some of the biggest venues including WestWorld and Scottsdale TPC Golf Course.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

-Primary bedroom (ground level) has king size bed, 65" TV, walk in closet and large bathroom with tiled walk in shower and private pool views
-Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has a queen bed, walk-in closet, 65" TV and a desk to make for a private work space.
-Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has two twin XL beds that can be moved together to make a king bed along with a walk-in closet, 40” TV and desk area for a private work space.
-One full bathroom upstairs for bedrooms 2 & 3 features a tub/shower combo and granite countertops
-Downstairs offers a powder room for easy guest access

Parking and Access

-Guests will have their own personal code to enter the home
-2 parking spots in driveway
-All street parking is open
-Garage is not available for guest use/access

House Rules

All guests making bookings agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

-No Smoking: We have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking on the property, inside or outside, will result in a penalty of $1,000.

-No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside or outside the property. Any trace of animals will result a penalty of $500.

-No parties or events: Law enforcement will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Our neighborhood is in a quiet setting and we expect our guests to follow the quiet hours. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply. Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 9:00am. Violation to these rules will result in immediate eviction and/or extra fines.

-Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee of $350 is for reservations up to 10 nights. Reservations made for longer timeframes will result in a higher cleaning fee.

-Home has cameras on the exterior of the home for security purposes.

-There will be daily charges for any guest who requests to have the pool or hot tub heated during their stay. For pool and hot tub heat, the cost will be an additional $200/day. For only hot tub access, the cost will be an additional $100/day. **The heater runs on propane and the additional prices are for the cost for the propane used to heat the pool and hot tub. **
