Rogers Park is located on the far North Side of Chicago, and there are several transportation options to get there from the airport and downtown:

From O'Hare International Airport:

- CTA train: The Blue Line train runs from O'Hare to downtown Chicago, where you can transfer to the Red Line train that will take you to Rogers Park. The total cost is $5, and the trip takes about 90 minutes.

From Midway International Airport:

- Taxi/rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services are available from Midway, but the ride can be expensive.
- CTA train: Take the Orange Line train from Midway to downtown Chicago, then transfer to the Red Line train that will take you to Rogers Park. The total cost is $2.50, and the trip takes about 60-90 minutes.

- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.aa
