Amazing 600 SF home on the NE Cape Fear River in Burgaw! Fish, Kayak, relax and enjoy with fully appointed kitchen, queen bed, walk in shower, washer dryer, two decks, outdoor tent w/ bed, hot tub and tiki bar and grill! Linens and towels included! Pets welcome! Plenty of parking and community ramp! Kick off your shoes and stay, wake up refreshed! 3, 6 or 12 month leases available. $125 electric allowance. You will be responsible for anything over that amount.
