Cute little unit set back from the street with off street parking. Private and quiet with pretty much all things needed. A couple of issues came up and the manager responded very quickly with solutions which I appreciated. Near downtown.

Close to the campus, nice quiet little place in the back off the main road. Had everything you need. I’ll be back!

Zero Communication with Host Left us Uncomfortable

When we arrived to Tucson, I messaged the host that we had arrived and asked about a possible early check in. The host did not respond. Several hours later, at the usual check-in time, we messaged him that we had checked in. For the remainder of our stay, he did not reply to any of our messages. This left us feeling uncomfortable and confused, as if maybe we shouldn't be there, despite the dates being correct and us being sent the passcode a few days before. My partner also had some complaints about the cleanliness of the place as he believes he saw some stains on the pillowcases and blankets. Also for anyone staying here, just be aware that the toilet is next to the bed with no barrier between them. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but something we didn't realize from the listing. The proximity to campus is certainly a plus and the theme was cute!
