Escape the hustle of downtown Denver and come enjoy the comfort of Platt Park. Surrounded by three of Denver’s most popular parks, we are only six miles from the heart of the city, a quick scooter to Cap Hill or uber to LoDo and RiNo.

With 3 bedrooms and queen sized beds, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer unit, this space is ready to host your next group trip or family vacation. Its private entrance, side yard, and patio make for an intimate escape with your besties and four legged friends.

This unit is a basement that we live above so you may sometimes hear us and our pup shuffling above.

We also only provide street parking, so if you're planning your next road trip please keep that in mind. We are located in a safe neighborhood with loads of street parkers and availability.

You will be six blocks west of the iconic Pearl Street. Whether you’re looking for the city's best Sushi or a cozy coffee shop and vanilla latte, it’s got food, drinks, and shopping galore. You’ll be glad you took the walk here any time of the day. From the months of May to November, Pearl Street is also home to one of Denver’s top Sunday Farmers Markets. So push your flight back a few hours and see what the locals are offering.

Being seven blocks from the University of Denver’s campus, this unit is within close proximity to a grocery, liquor, and drug store. We even recommend taking a 10 minute stroll down Downing street to hangout at our favorite local brewery, Denver Beer Co, for a refreshing Princess Yum Yum under the warm Denver sun.

Best thing yet? Outdoor recreation is at the heart of this city and this sought after unit has easy access to Highway 6 which takes you directly to the mountains in 30 minutes or less. We encourage guest to plan a day trip out to Idaho Springs for a moderate hike and pizza at Beau Jo’s on the main strip.

Wonderful Stay
My friends and I enjoyed this charming basement property. We found it to be clean and a perfect location for what we needed. The street parking wasn't an issue at all. During the stay I had a quick question and the owner got back to me immediately. Highly recommend!

Great location
All went smoothly. Owners were great. Location wonderful. Grocery Store 5 minute walk. Mile High Stadium 10 minute drive. Many good restaurants close by. This is a basement property on owners home, but lots of windows so still light and cheery. Comfortable, chreerful atmosphere.

The property was roomy, but the fact that it's a basement unit was a bit of a disappointment. There was an odd scent used for the unit that seemed like it was placed there to cover up something-a more neutral scent woul have been preferable. I would have preferred that it was advertised as street parking only. All in all it worked for myself and two adult daughters because of the space and location. If I had been by myself for with my lady friend I would not choose this unit.

Nice Location, Comfortable
This is a modern, comfortable unit in a residential neighborhood, handy for exploring the city and region. Maggie was responsive when we had a couple of questions. We did find upstairs noise a little challenging for sleeping (some middle-of-the-night dog barking/activity, loud talking one night around 2 a.m.). For light sleepers to consider. But it's a nice place to stay overall.
