Beautiful home in great location

Beautiful, spacious home with a great location close to the Parque Central. Check in and check out couldn't have gone any smoother and all of our questions and concerns were answered promptly. I highly recommend this property if you're traveling with a large group to Granada

Soy José Vélez, conocido en Granada como Chepe Vélez. Soy economista y padre de familia, estudie en Hamburgo por lo que hablo alemán y con mi familia vivimos parte del año fuera de Nicaragua. Soy socio del Colegio Cocibolca en Granada, al que les invito conocer por si tiene niños pequeños. También les invito a nuestra finca forestal y silvopastoril con cerditos libres en el bosque. En Granada les recomiendo disfrutar cada dia sobre todo de su gente.

Esta casa es ideal para familias con niños pequeños, tiene areas verde para que los niños jueguen sin peligros de autos ni motos. Está junto a una buena pasteleria donde además preparan uno de los mejores cauchinos de la ciudad. La casa es segura y los vecinos muy tranquilos y amables. Las disposicion de la casa permite tener hasta tres ambientes sociales diferentes e independientes.

What makes this property unique

La gran ventaja de La Veranera es tener una profundidad de casi 40 metros desde la calle y tener al fondo un patio excelente para disftutar de la privacidad bajo un arbol legendario de más de 12 metros de altura. Ese árbol es el Ceibo de Mimi.
