About this property

Located on the #17 green of La Quinta Country Club, this is one of the few free standing homes in the Islands. Immaculately maintained and cared for, it is a pleasure to show. The large living room has vaulted ceilings, wet bar, beautiful fireplace with hearth and sliders to patio. The dining area has a mirrored wall to reflect the golf course view. The light bright kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and a pantry with rollouts. There are newer appliances, breakfast bar, and views to the golf course and lovely courtyard. The large master suite has a sitting area, walk-in closet, double sinks in master bath and lots of windows for a great view. Both guest bedrooms have sliders to courtyard, ample closets, dressing table and ceiling fans. The courtyard is delightful and relaxing.
