This was a great place to stay

Everything was clean. Condo was beautiful. The walk to the slopes was quick and easy. We loved our stay.

Disappointment

What a disappointment ! We booked the condominium in Nov. 2022 for Feb. 29 (Tuesday) - March 4 (Friday), 2023. Unfortunately, during this period, the access roads to Kirkwood were closed due to snow storms. Eventually, a longer route opened on Thursday @ 4pm, but a new storm was forecasted for Friday evening. It was clear we couldn't take our chances on the road with a 6 year old child to spend half a day at the resort. I contacted Pyramid Peak Properties to discuss our options and they (Shayma and Kim) made it clear we cannot get any refund because we didn't purchase the Trip Protection. I proposed for us to come back when there is a 3-4 days opening in the schedule, ex. March 27, with the stipulation that we could have waited until March 26 for the final, bi-lateral decision on our coming. They were vehement on denying this proposal, too. This entire experience, customer service, and ethics left us with a bitter taste. I'm wondering if this was unkindness.....lack of empathy... or just greed.

Nice Place Great Location

Generously appointed, comfortable; provided space heaters were essential. Wish the path to the unit had been shoveled, we post-holed entry/exit. Right across from chair 7, so easy access to the slopes.
