This house has new everything and is perfect for the traveling nurse or business person needing to stay a little longer than the average short term rental, or for the vacationing family. The backyard has an outdoor living area, complete with 2lounge chairs, table and 4 chairs with umbrella, 3 sun shades, hammock, gas grill, gas firepit, horse shoe game, corn hole game. Close to major highways, hospitals, & downtown OKC!

Not cleaned/maintained properly!!!

Linens were very obviously not washed!! We had to take them off and wash them before sleeping in the beds! The grass in the yard was knee high with trash all over. Floor had not been vacuumed and refrigerator was not wiped out! The hair trap in the master bathroom shower was clogged. When I notified the homeowner, they wanted me to clean the previous renters’ hair out the trap so the shower would drain!! Gross. He finally agreed to send someone to cut the grass and clean up the trash in the yard. My wife had to vacuum the entire house and wash all the bedding!! Homeowner was very belligerent and difficult to deal with at first, saying we would never be happy. Interesting we have stayed at over 100 VRBOs and only had issues two times!! The real shame is this would be a five star place if it was properly cleaned and maintained!! The homeowner did agree to refund the cleaning fee.

Nice cottage, great location

I've stayed in luxurious places that were five star. This cottage is a bit more spartan but will not disappoint. Quiet. The beds were NOT too soft. That always makes me happy. I could not reach the owner during out stay. and I could not get the check in instructions on VRBO. but I had the basic info from an email. So it all worked out. I appreciated the extra pour on the driveway so we didn't have to park in tandem.
