Overall, I would stay again.

The condo was nice. Very spacious. The TV in the living room takes a couple of minutes to display a clear picture, it may need to be replaced soon. The AC unit stopped working while we were there, but I called the management company and they had someone out and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Customer service was good with prompt responses. The pool was nice. However, most of the equipment in the work-out facility was broke. There was a coffee maker but no filters available. The area is nice. Everything you need is within 5 minutes, but it is a very busy area. Traffic is bad. Overall I would stay again.

Not worth the money

When we arrived the A/C was not working, we called and a tech came out shortly afterward and did not speak much English and said it was good and it ran for about 15 minutes and shut down, we called back on the 22nd and let them know A/C was not working and we’re told they would contact someone and get back with us when they were on their way, never heard back also we are in our mid 60’s and the elevator was out of order the whole time we were there, still not working when we left, TV’S need replaced especially the 1in living area, looks like your watching 2 channels at once, we watched tv on our tablets, on day 2 we reported cockroaches and were told they we let us know when someone would be out, never showed up, we went to Home Depot and bought roach traps, still killing roaches at 4:15 AM on the day we left totally unacceptable, advertises gated entrance, gate open 24/7, no staff on property, coffee pot broken, no can opener, no dish rags or dish towels, noise from unit above was nuts, we went and bought what we needed, unit was not as clean as other places we have stayed, ceiling fans were totally filthy, as soon as you entered the unit you could smell a musty odor which was an old mop in a bucket in furnace closet, if you are going to leave a wet mop then stand it up so it can dry not sit in a bucket and stink the place up

My tuscan retreat stay

Our stay was horrible. We never received our codes to enter the place an was stranded outside for 4 hours. Also the place was dirty an very dusty, I have allergies an sneezed the whole time. The customer service at vacasa was terrible no one there was concerned about our horrible stay. Please avoid this place, it's a nightmare
