The lovely home is recently renovated and fully furnished. Living room has pullout sofa that can be used as a full bed. Both bedrooms have new patio glass doors walking to backyard. Second bedroom can be used as guest bedroom and/or office. The unit has a new central AC and heat system for comfortable living in both winter and summer. Bonus huge quiet backyard is ideal for outdoors dinners with friends and families.

Also close to hospitals (Palomar Hospital, Kaiser, Tri-City Medical Center, Encinitas hospital). Palomar college, San Marcos high school, shops and restaurants. Carlsbad and Encinitas beaches are 10-15 minutes away.
