A Beautiful 2,400 sq villa overlooking a scenic view of the extra wide canal from a screened-in lanai and private, heated pool allows for play and relaxation with sunshine throughout the day.
Enjoy sun-filled days with lots of pool toys, kayaks, fishing rods, bikes, and game room with air-hockey, foosball & a dart board. After you’ve enjoyed fishing or kayaking on the canal, head out to one of the many nearby beaches and restaurants so you can experience all the Sunshine State has to offer.

I love this neighborhood as it is quite and so peaceful. It's amazing how quickly it has developed in the past year, but along with more beautiful homes comes more activities for guests to enjoy.
