We thoughtfully and carefully curated our home for large families and it can perfectly cater up to 16 guests! Hopefully every and each square feet of our place will surpass your expectations! Large patio with pool, Grill, Jacuzzi , chairs, dinning table and chaise lounge will make you want to stay, relax and enjoy every minute of your deserved vacation. We also turned the garage into an AVENGERS HQ themed game room with an AC unit. Yes, you and your kids won’t be sweating as you play pool table and air hockey, even if you want just hangout there watching some TV and having your favorite beverage.

The Game Room: We turned the garage into a Game Room with a Pool Table and Air Hockey to propitiate fun and additional leisure for all your family!

Pool area: Having Jacuzzi and heated pool (an extra fee) is everything this that you want for your vacation. But we did more by adding also a Grill by the pool area (an extra fee). This area has a lanai, 1 table, sun loungers and chairs to make this wonderful area complete.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with the highest quality appliances, dining table, sink and granite countertop we offer top quality for our guests so they can have the best stay possible. Awesome space to cook your lunch, breakfast and dinner.

The Living Room: Beautifully furnished this is an area that you’ll definitely want to enjoy after a busy day of the theme parks and all the attractions that Orlando area has to offer.

TV Room: Smart TV with Cable for you and your guests enjoy and spend great time in this wonderful space.

Ground Floor Master Bedroom: All comfort to our elderly guests, parents with babies and people that enjoy space and a cozy place to rest after a busy day of parks and entertainment. This is a master bedroom so the attached bathroom has a bathtub and separated shower with two sinks. Also you have a King size bed, drawer, ceiling fan and walking in closet.

Laundry: Specially if you're planning stay longer you will definitely take advantage of the washer machine and the heavy duty dryer. Chosen for having large capacity it will be perfect for you and your guests.

We take seriously our responsibility to host entire families.
Guest access
The entire house is yours during the period of your stay!
You will receive your personal door code to access the house few days before check-in. This code starts to work at check-in day 4 PM and expires 15 minutes after check-out.
Access to the gated community
At the main gate, show your authorization form to be registered as a guest and be able to get your card to access. You should pay $20 dollars in cash to have the access card, non refundable , one per car and necessary to access the Clubhouse facilities.

We will send all house instructions, codes needed and authorization form few days before check-in.
Other things to note
You will be staying in a strictly family gated community, PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS OR EVENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED (VIOLATIONS $ 500 [FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS] PENALTY + DEEP CLEAN + TRASH FEE AND DAMAGES).
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pool area ($ 500 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS PENALTY).

Asked silence after 11:00 PM and condo rules must be respected.
Fines may be imposed if the rules are not observed.
Our home is self-supply, guests should bring your own food, drink, hygienic items and cleaning items.
We will provide towels, pool towels, linens, comforters and pillows.

Extra Charges - upon request:
•Pool heater - US$ 40 per day (minimum 3 days or equivalent amount. Needs to be requested and paid until 2 days before check-in)

Only the guests disclosed at reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors are not allowed.

DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE LISTEN!!!

I would first like to start by saying the owner never sent the check-in information until the day of check-in. I attempted to contact him as well as Verbo with MANY failed attempts. When arrived we noticed the front yard was filled with trash, there was a hole in the wall by the entrance. The Ceiling fan was broken, the microwave was broken, the bed frame was broken, no light bulbs in the bathroom, or in two rooms upstairs, the oven didn't get warm so i had to throw away pizzas that i purchase for my kids. The house had dead bugs in the dishes, there was bugs coming out of the skink, roaches in all rooms. The sofa was dirty, the shower drains didn’t work. I called the owner Immediately and he asked me to go purchase products that would kill the bugs, and he would Reimbursed me. He also told me to wash the dead roaches out of the dishes. After 2 days he stopped responding and never paid me back for anything. I have pictures, and text message proof of everything that i submitted to Verbo. They have also tried to contact him, and he has not responded to them. This was not my first time in Florida, but i have NEVER stayed at a house this BAD. Do not stay here. The owner dosent live in Florida, and has no idea or even care about the condition of his him.

Steer clear on this one - beware!

I have usually had good experiences renting with vrbo and even in this neighborhood, but not this time. Upon late arrival we went to bed and woke up to find no hot water, washing machine was broken, and one of the doors to the pool had no safety locks for our young grandson. Light bulbs out in bathroom, broken furniture drawers, missing toilet roll holders, etc. We planned to do laundry since we came off a cruise and were going to wash everything for wear at the Disney parks that week. No contact info left in the house for emergencies so I emailed owner and left message on vrbo for owner. No response for over 48 hours so we found new accommodation and moved out. Didn't hear back from the owner until 4 days after I got home and he responded that "it was no worry to him". He also overcharged me for pool heat, said he would refund, and never did. I contacted vrbo about the whole situation and they said they couldn't help me either.

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect (about 15 minutes) from Walt Disney World parks. We loved coming back from the parks and swimming and enjoying the game room! We would definitely stay again!
