Kitchen was a let down

Appartment was good i was bit let down by kitchen its my fault too for not looking closely at pictures as theres no oven no microwave difficult to heat up food and the kettle full of limescale not for human use hardly any utensils 1 pot 1 pan needed throwing away. The shower gave us issues the water kept getting cold and i was told i need to switch fuse box on n off whenever that happens
