This is the sanctuary you have been looking for, a Big Island oasis with ocean views and close to golfing, shopping, Kona fun, and beaches in every direction. The upstairs is host to the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a huge lanai for coffee, dining, playing games, and talking stories. The upstairs lanai also includes a nice gas grill, a dining table, and seating for 6 along with a large sectional couch and comfy chairs to sink in.

Downstairs you will enjoy two guests room, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a second lanai for naps, games, and a wonderful quiet reading nook. There is room for everybody to spread out, relax and make memories others only dream of. Enjoy an inviting, warm, spacious, clean, and uplifting home with views and ocean access steps away. When you are ready to stroll to the ocean for some snorkeling, surfing or swimming simply walk past the next-door neighbor's house and you'll have a nice wide paved trail that will take you to where the sea turtles and fish live. It doesn't get better than this. A true beach vacation oasis.

Great house - beautiful location

Very spacious comfortable house with big well stocked kitchen/pantry, comfortable dining/living room and nice deck with a partial view of the ocean. Was a perfect place for our family!

Kona Family Relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us to reconnect with our adult kids. There was space for us to connect all together and also stretch out. We really liked the upstairs and downstairs lanais, and the quiet rocky beach less than a block away. Having a view of the bay was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed and there were also other things there for like beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. We'd definitely return. Thank you!

Nice location near Kona

Easy access to many activities in Kona/Kailua area. Walkable to nearby grocery, with plenty of parking for 2 cars.Heat pumps keep the bedrooms nice and dry/ cool. Well equipped kitchen allows for easy home cooking.
