About this property

Spacious home featuring vaulted ceilings and a large open kitchen, dining room with a table for 8, and adjacent breakfast nook with a large round table for 4 but plenty of room for 2 more persons. Your master suite is located on the 3rd level with ensuite featuring a shower and separate, roomy jetted tub. The lowest level holds 2 bedrooms, 2 comfortable living areas, a 55" Samsung curve smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a full bathroom with large step-in shower, a dedicated office, the laundry room which you are welcome to use, and an open area with gate-leg table and sliding drawers which are filled with puzzles, and board games. This transitional space may be used for sleeping on 2 comfortable roll-away beds if more than 10 guests are expected. Also available are 2 queen air beds and 3 comfortable sofas. Note: Each guest above 10 will be charged a $25 per night fee.
There are 2 pack n plays with mattresses, blankets, and sheets available upon request. Also available is a larger play yard (5 ft) for keeping your littles in one space. Please let me know before your stay if you will need the pack n plays or play yard, baby boppy, potty chair, high chair, step stool, baby bath sling, etc, so that we can have them ready for you.
The wrap around deck has 2 patio tables with seating for up to 12 people, a new Pit Boss smoker grill, and a cozy fire pit table with 4 cushioned swivel rockers. The walkout level features a new 6-person hot tub and high-top table group for relaxing with your favorite people.

Beautiful home!

The home is spacious and beautiful. The pit boss, fire pit and seating on the large porch is very nice. We also enjoyed the Margaritaville maker! 😍

Good for groups

This house was perfect for our group, 4 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Our only negative comment is the house needs a good deep cleaning. Tubs were so dusty, and had hair in them. Bathroom floors were dirty. Ceiling fans and heat/air vents had layers of visible dust. Burnt out light in master bath. Dead flies and plaster dust throughout house. Some extra blankets would be nice too. Glad we brought some with as we used them all. Great house just needs more attention to the cleaning.

Very nice place!

We were very happy with our stay. Location was easy to get to and great for accessing the area. Watiki Water Park really is just a 13 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood. We spent time relaxing in the hot tub. Every day we opened the dining room blinds to good views, wild turkeys roaming about, and just quiet. The basement was a nice hangout for watching a little TV for some while others visited on the main level. The beds were all comfortable. Would stay here again.
