- 50" Smart TV, 4 person dining table, and fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts.
- Outdoor cover patio with couch and 4 person outdoor dining set.
- Fenced in back yard, great for our furry friends

- Master Bedroom with king sized memory foam mattress, ensuite bath with a 2-sink vanity and shower/tub combo, and walk-in closet

- Parking: Room for 3 car in driveway, or parking on the street. Please adhere auto all street/CITY signs/restrictions.

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.

Fantastic place to stay!

We LOVED the house! It was perfect for us, 3 adults, 1 preteen, and 2 doggies! Plenty of room and very comfortable! I absolutely Loved that there were a couple of food storage containers for the watermelon we brought and cut up! We will definitely stay again next time we are in town! Thank you Ryan!

Short family trip

The house was very nice and extremely comfortable. Close to downtown Charlotte. My only complaint was there were only two washcloths in a house that sleeps 6+.

Family visit

Very comfortable property. We enjoyed spending time with family. Belmont was quaint little town to walk around. The Tv was nice and with some subscription channels to choose from we had a nice movie night. Grocery store one block away was very helpful. No issues at all. I would choose this property again.
