Welcome to Tamarack House! Located in the Eastman Community of Grantham, NH. Here you can choose to unpack & unwind or go out & play in all seasons. The home is conveniently located with access to I-89, near Dartmouth and the Lake Sunapee Region.

Tamarack House is a split level, A-frame home on a quiet road surrounded by nature. The home includes four bedrooms + loft area, two full bathrooms, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, large and open living space, laundry area with washer and dryer, and ample room to explore outdoors.

Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with Roku TV for you to log into your favorite streaming platforms. A pre-loaded gaming system is located in the bunk bed room, and a bluetooth karaoke machine is located in the living area.

Outdoor spaces include yard, fire pit, screened in porch, front deck, and back deck. Eastman has many trails outdoors for exploring, and many hikes are just a short drive away.

A pack-n-play and high chair are available for use if you have any little ones in tow!

Juice Box EV charger is also available for guest use.

Within Eastman there is a fitness center with indoor heated pool, golf course, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, tennis and pickleball courts, and Eastman pond with kayak and paddleboard rentals available. Plenty of fun activities are here for every season! Fees may be applicable to certain amenities, including indoor pool use. Family Wedding weekend

Great stay in Eastman!

The house was exactly as advertised. Clean and well maintained with the perfect amount of space for our group. We had a great time in NH and would definitely come back to this house the next time we're in the area!

Get away weekend with the guys

I'm part of a group of former co-workers and long-time friends that have been going away for 35+ years to ME, NH and VT. So we've rented a lot of places. Mary's place was as advertised. Clean, well equipped, easy check-in, well located close to 89 and in a nice association development. We went in winter and there is a cross-country ski center on the property, so that's a big plus. Summer, it's golf. We don't golf but perhaps there are also hiking trails. No downsides.

Beautiful home with everything provided

We were a group of 10 women staying in this beautiful home. We were provided with everything we needed for a carefree stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens provided were of a good quality. The kitchen was well appointed including a dozen or so coffee mugs. The trails were great for cross country skiing. The club house is near by. There is a $10 fee per person per use to go to the pool. Although we usually enjoy using club facilities, this was a little more than we wanted to pay for the use. There are no lounge chairs to sit by the pool. I think that should included in the description.
