Possible scam

Start away. Host was unresponsive, never communicated check in instructions. VRBO helped with alternate last minute accommodations but a big hassle

Poor communication and late cancellation

Never got a chance to stay here. I messaged the host multiple times a few days before check-in to see what the process would look like (as there were no instructions on the rental page nor any sent to my email). On the day of arrival, I contacted VRBO for support in reaching the host who reached out to the them via phone calls and emails. I never heard anything back until AFTER the check-in time which was a notification that the reservation was cancelled due to a power outage. That whole ordeal left me without in a whole other state. This was such a bad experience that I doubt I will ever use the app again.
