Have fun with the whole family at this new 3 bdr 2.5 bath house nestled in the mountains of Makaha Valley in a gated community. Moments away from year round surfing&golfing. This is a LEGAL vacation rental (STR#517). Private yard on a permitter lot with unobstructed ocean&mountain views and just a few min. drive to clean, sand bottom beaches. Pool&rec ctr. should completed in 2024. Please note there is an attached studio on the property but everything is separate&private. Max guests is 10 guests with a max of 8 adults.
